The main colour of this sake set is greyish black with blue.

The sake bottle has a writing of ‘日本 Nippon’ and sake cups has a writing of ‘酒 Sake’.

It was written by hand one by one so the writings might be slightly different from one to another.

The sake bottle has two dents at the side of sake bottle to fit in your hand comfortably.

About Mino ware

This sake set is produced in Mino, Gifu prefecture of Japan.  Mino ware is one of the traditional Japanese crafts, which is carefully crafted using traditional methods that have been handed down from ancient times.

How to warm Sake

By warming Sake, the aroma and sweetness spread, umami flavour increases and it becomes mellower.
The best way to make ‘熱燗 Atsukan – 50 degrees warm Sake’ is the following
1. Prepare 80 degrees hot water in a pot which is deep enough to cover till the neck of Sake bottle.
2. Put Sake bottle in the pot for around 2 minutes
3. Enjoy!
