During 茶の湯 Chanoyu (tea ceremony inviting guests) in Japan, Matcha is prepared with proper utensils. Bamboo scoop is called 茶杓 Chasyaku and 2 scoops of this Chasyaku is put in a Matcha bowl, then pour hot water (70-80 degrees) and whisked with 茶筅 Chasen (Matcha bamboo whisk).
Using bamboo utensils makes your Matcha more silky and creamy taste.

How to care:
Wash with lukewarm water and dry completely before storing it in your cupboard. Never wash it in the dishwasher.
