Matcha Porridge
Matcha green tea is best to take in the morning and during the day because it boosts your metabolism and also gives you energy. Since it is in a fine powder form filled with nutrition, you can add it to your porridge or cereals!
Here is the recipe!
Ingredients:
- 300ml almond milk or your favorite milk
- 50g white oats
- 2 table spoons Chia seeds
- 2-3 teaspoons Matcha Green Tea Powder
- 1 Table spoon honey or maple syrup
- Chopped banana
- Chopped Strawberries
Directions:
- Put oats, chia seeds and almond milk in a milk pan and bring it to boil and stir.
- Add Matcha powder and honey then stir.
- Add chopped banana and strawberries and serve
