Step into the world of Edo-period Japan with this Chirimen Furoshiki, featuring an iconic ukiyo-e print by Utagawa Hiroshige—“The Fifty-Three Stations of the Tōkaidō: Nihonbashi (Morning Scene)” (1833–1834). This breathtaking design captures the lively atmosphere of Nihonbashi, the starting point of the famous Tōkaidō Road, bustling with merchants, travellers, and samurai at dawn.

Crafted from luxurious Chirimen (crepe) fabric, this furoshiki is woven in Tango, Kyoto, a historic textile region renowned for its fine shibo (textured crepe weave).  Made from rayon, it offers a silk-like luster, a soft drape, and a refined texture, making it perfect for both artistic display and practical use.
