Japanese Authentic Matcha Bowl Shinkai 深海

This is a tube-shaped Matcha bowl made in Mino Gifu prefecture of Japan.

The characteristic of Mino ware is that there are various types.  Mino ware does not have only one type, and 15 types are designated as traditional crafts.

This bowl features the beautiful turquoise and blue glaze which was designed after the tropical ‘deep sea’ which is ‘深海 Shinkai’ in Japanese and same name as craftsman’s name.

Inside the bowl is in white, so you can enjoy Matcha’s jade colour too.

Tube shaped bowl is the easiest shape to whisk Matcha with Matcha bamboo whisk.
