This is a cute Sake set featuring Tanuki (raccoon dog).

The front of sake bottle and cups are designed the front of Tanuki.

The back of sake bottle and cups are designed the back of Tanuki.

The top part are glazed in green and the bottom part are unglazed which can be seen some elaborated work in this set!

How to warm Sake

By warming Sake, the aroma and sweetness spread, umami flavour increases and it becomes mellower.
The best way to make ‘熱燗 Atsukan – 50 degrees warm Sake’ is the following
1. Prepare 80 degrees hot water in a pot which is deep enough to cover till the neck of Sake bottle.
2. Put Sake bottle in the pot for around 2 minutes
3. Enjoy!
