九谷焼 Kutani ware are ceramics produced in the Kaga region of Ishikawa prefecture. Its history dates back to the 17th century.
The characteristic is the overpainting on which multicolored pictures are drawn.
The heavy brilliance of Japanese paint, which is painted in five colors of green, yellow, red, purple, and navy blue, is beautiful on the dynamic and brilliant line drawing.
This tea cup has a pretty design of detailed small flowers in red and green.
