Our Yukihira Nabe is suitable for almost every kind of hobs, including induction hobs.
Care :
– Before first use, fill the pot with water and add about 1/2 cup of vegetable peelings. Boil over high heat for about 15 minutes. This will prevent your pot from discoloring.
– If the pot does become discolored inside after several uses, don’t worry, it’s still fine and safe for you.
– If you want to bring it back to its original finish, fill the pot with water and 1/2 lemon thinly sliced. Boil over for about 15 minutes. Then clean with sponge.

I’ve always wanted to get my hands on one of these traditional style pots and was very happy with the fast availability for pick up nearby.
They’re very light and comfortable to use and the long wooden handle is exceptionally convenient for something likely to spend a long time building up heat.
Quite easy to keep clean and attractive enough that I would practically keep it as an ornament alone.
Would happily recommend to anyone interested in cooking and health conscious eating!
