Matcha Porridge

Matcha green tea is best to take in the morning and during the day because it boosts your metabolism and also gives you energy.  Since it is in a fine powder form filled with nutrition, you can add it to your porridge or cereals!

Here is the recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 300ml almond milk or your favorite milk
  • 50g white oats
  • 2 table spoons Chia seeds
  • 2-3 teaspoons Matcha Green Tea Powder
  • 1 Table spoon honey or maple syrup
  • Chopped banana
  • Chopped Strawberries

Directions:

  1. Put oats, chia seeds and almond milk in a milk pan and bring it to boil and stir.
  2. Add Matcha powder and honey then stir.
  3. Add chopped banana and strawberries and serve
